
This agreement covers everything about being a Fun & Focus member: what you get, how billing works, and how to make changes to your membership. The key points: memberships auto-renew monthly, you can cancel anytime (effective at month end), and unused visits don't roll over.
Our Standard Membership is perfect for families seeking consistent weekly play and parent focus time.
Sibling rate: $85/month for each additional child from the same household.
Our Platinum Membership offers unlimited flexibility, longer sessions, and exclusive monthly perks.

Memberships are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again after 3 days. After 3 failed attempts, your membership will be paused until payment is resolved. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.
We may adjust membership prices with 30 days' notice. Price increases do not affect current members until their next renewal after the notice period.
Monthly session limits reset on your billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.
Even with a membership, you must book sessions in advance. Walk-ins are accepted only if capacity allows.
Membership sessions follow our standard cancellation policy: cancel 24+ hours in advance to avoid losing the visit credit.
Additional children from the same household qualify for sibling rates. All children must be registered under the same parent/guardian account.
You can add children to your membership at any time. Pricing is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Children can be removed from your membership at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date.
You can upgrade your membership at any time. The price difference is prorated, and new benefits start immediately.
Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. You retain current plan benefits until then.
You may freeze your membership for up to 30 days per calendar year (e.g., for vacations or illness). A $10 monthly fee applies during the freeze period. Request freezes through your account or by contacting us.
Cancel through your account portal or by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for partial months. You will continue to have access to membership benefits until your current period ends.
You can reactivate a cancelled membership at any time. Previous pricing is not guaranteed upon reactivation.
Membership benefits are tied to your account and registered children. Benefits cannot be transferred to other families.
Platinum members receive guest passes that can be used for friends or family. Guest passes expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
