1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fun & Focus Playhouse services, including our website, mobile applications, and in-person facilities located in Cumming, GA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. The materials contained in our services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Services Description

Fun & Focus Playhouse provides:

• Supervised indoor play sessions for children ages 0-7 years
• Coworking space for parents/guardians during play sessions
• Birthday party and private event services
• Special events and programs (storytime, activities, etc.)
• Membership programs with various benefits

3. Eligibility and Requirements

Age Requirements

Children must be between 0 and 7 years old to participate in play sessions. Proof of age may be requested.

Supervision Policy

A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises at all times during play sessions. Our staff supervises play activities but are not responsible for individual childcare. Parents/guardians retain full responsibility for their children.

Health Requirements

Children must be in good health to participate. Children showing signs of illness (fever, contagious conditions, etc.) will not be admitted for the safety of all guests.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Policy

Sessions can be booked through our website or app. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or membership verification.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit for single sessions; no visit deduction for members
• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund for single sessions; visit deducted for members
• No-show: No refund; visit deducted for members

Birthday Party Cancellations

• 14+ days notice: Full refund minus $50 booking fee
• 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

5. Membership Terms

Membership plans are offered on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their membership for up to 30 days per calendar year. A $10 freeze fee applies per freeze period.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests (parents and children) must:

• Treat staff, other parents, and children with respect
• Follow all safety rules and staff instructions
• Clean up personal belongings and help maintain facility cleanliness
• Refrain from using profanity or engaging in aggressive behavior
• Not bring outside food into play areas (except for medical needs)

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if their behavior endangers others or disrupts operations.

7. Liability and Waiver

Participation in play activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our Waiver and Release of Liability, which must be signed before participation.

Fun & Focus Playhouse is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure valuables in provided lockers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fun & Focus Playhouse and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
